If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst property compliance company I have ever worked with. I booked a gas safety certificate to be conducted, paid upfront - they never turned up on the day, after chasing them to carry out the job and pick up the keys, they eventually did the job but didn’t return the keys. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
We did an EPC inspection with them on the 20th of July. After a lot of screaming and daily follow up and getting promises that it will be done by the end of the day.. they told us that the engineer lost his phone… 18 days later they find that out while our client’s property has an expired EPC now. Stay away, they lied to us daily and wasted a lot of time on a simple EPC certificate.
