Disappointed by the time they told me to get to me had to wait over an hour. disgusting behaviour both drivers and operators. embarrassing to use.  DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Awful - booked ages ago to request 2 car seats for kids and then reconfirmed the night before, was told it was all on the system. Taxi showed up with one that fit neither and the woman on the phone told me it was a "courtesy" they had sent one at all and it wasn't illegal to travel without (not really the point - I could have got an uber for less but I specifically wanted a car with seats for the kids). Really bad.
