Absolute shambles of a service. Called and booked a cab for a specific time late morning a day in advance. When the time comes, no sign of the taxi I booked. Called the office after 20 mins only to have an unbelievably rude woman threaten to cancel my taxi if I kept on complaining (I was only calling to see where my taxi was). Would never order a taxi from here again. Avoid like the plague!

I live in the local area and have used them on a few occasions. The woman taking the bookings on the phone was particularly rude once and I dreaded for some time having to call them again. Another time the driver was also rude asking me where I was from and telling me I did not look European. However, it is not a reflection on all the drivers as some are actually punctual, polite and decent people. Anyway, when I can now, I prefer to use Uber or Addison Lee.

Rude and unprofessional white-trash woman at the office and the driver arrived late. Very expensive for a short journey.

Their was a dirty nappy on the seat when I got in. Unbelievable!

Terrible service. Cab arrived late and we were overcharged. Driver was rude and aggressive. Avoid!
