Needed a cab and was advised to try  Blackheath Express Cars.. I went to the office, and got a cab to Verdant Lane. The cab man told me its £10.  I was raining heavy, and I was going to the cemetary so I took the cab. I thought it was expensive but needed it urgently so took it and paid. I will not use this office again as I got a cab back to Lewisham after the funeral and it cost £6....from Sure Cars. need I say anymore.

Disgraceful: as reliable as a paedo in a nursery! My mother booked a cab 2 days in the advance for a 6am pick up for the airport, and the day before the flight still called to be sure they would dispatch a driver. On the day, the driver never showed up, and any calls to try address the issue were pointless, as they never returned my calls.

I had pre booked a pick up from Stansted. Sadly, I was let down by this company as I ended up without a cab waiting for me upon arrival . I got fed various excuses from the driver mistaking the date to the new driver having an issue with his mobile to being told by the office that the driver was eventually waiting inside the airport when he was still in.the car park according to the driver. Why the lies? I lost faith and got a coach back. Beware of this company as they cannot be relied upon to offer a basic service.

The cab driver charged me £9 for a £5 journey and kept my children and property to ransom in the car. I reported it to the company and they said the driver told them he charged me £5 and refused to refund me even though I had a receipt. The driver was very abusive and shouted at me in front of my 2 small children. Do not use this service. Terrible and criminal
