Saw Lomo products online and was about to purchase some of their dry bags then saw they have a store in Glasgow, so decided to pop in and see the products before buying. Great customer service, really good range of products for what I am after camping and bikepacking, and the quality and value for money is superb. Well worth a visit if you are debating what brand to go for.

Great service from the girl who helped me find a wetsuit for snorkelling! She helped me find one suitable for the type of snorkelling I'd be doing, one that fitted well and one that didn't break the bank.  Came back a few weeks later and was helped again by a guy who found a snorkel for me, recommended a set of fins and also recommended some places to go and things to look out for while snorkelling.  Great help when you've no clue what you're looking for :

I was about to buy the same model of wetsuit but Grant suggested to try the new model and gave me great advice re product and sizing. He was so helpful and I’m so glad I got to try on the new model which is so much easier to put on and whose fabric will be longer lasting. Thank you!

Glasgow store - Collette was brilliant today, answered all my questions and gave my son different options to try on. This was his second trip in to buy a wetsuit as we were so impressed by his first. I also have a lomo tow float that I couldn't fault! Quality is brilliant, especially for the price, was given options but at no point felt pressured to buy.

I purchased a Cyclone wetsuit and the staff were so helpful, honest, full of advice and advised me what suit would best meet my needs. I'll definitely be back if I need more items.

The staff here are really good really friendly and have great knowledge on there products there products are of great quality and no where near the price of others not seen dry bags in any of the big shops even close to the quality of these and normally at least twice the price so impressed

You get what you pay for, as they say, and this is very true of Lomo products. The price is good and they last as you might expect. However, the customer service is shocking. 60 lt dry bag bought and after a few outings the stitching went on the strap. Customer service claimed I overloaded the bag 3 wetsuits and two towels yet there was no evidence of strain or tears just perfect holes where the stitching came undone. No refund, no apology, no support. Very disappointing. Would happily recommend avoiding.

Brilliant customer service at the Glasgow store. Was met by a young woman who was patient and really helpful. She even managed not to laugh as I tried to get into a new wetsuit. Really knowledgeable about all the accessories I was looking for. Top marks!

Not great.  Spraydeck sizings are wrong, the advice given by staff as to which size of deck I required was also very wrong.  Plastic bags that the decks were packaged in, were stuck/glued to the latex seal. The decks had been packaged while the latex was wet. The bags tore in little pieces so had to pick away at the deck for an hour to peel the remaining little bits of plastic bag off.  They forced me to pay for the return delivery cost, despite their incorrect advice and deck sizing.  Customer service don't follow up with promises, late to reply and unsupportive.  Disappointed, won't be coming back.
