I was looking for some advice on getting some outdoor wheels for my quads..... Jim at 5th Blocker helped me out.... didn't try to sell me the most expensive wheels or oversell..... just good honest advice which allowed me to pick the wheels I wanted.  I decided on some Atom Pulse wheels, best choice ever!!! Seriously though... not cheap wheels but after my first skate outside using them..... best money I'd spent.... so much so, I had to call the shop and tell them   Seriously though, these guys know their stuff, and from my experience will not just try to make a sale.... they really care that you are happy and that you get what you need.  Will definitely be back.  Thank you so much!!

I visited the shop today to buy my first pair of skates and pads and the woman forgot to ask her name could not have been more helpful. She's obviously very passionate about skating and was so friendly and answered all my questions, even giving advice on good spots to practice. Overall a really great welcoming experience for a very nervous newcomer to skating!

5th Blocker had Ennui City Brace in stock which was great so ordered a pair and they arrived in 3 days even with standard shipping. Plenty of notifications about order status along the way. Very pleased.

Amazing! The best customer service experience I've had in decades... Not only did Shona immediately respond to my email query, she was friendly and helpful when I visited the shop in central Glasgow. The perfect product at a very reasonable price, even lower than I found online! Can't thank you guys enough.

WOW!!! The Customer care here is phenomenal!! I have faced a huge online battle trying to find the perfect first adult quad skate that offers versatility for use but also doesn't completely leave you skinted, I have spent months looking into the options availableand was flooded with Brand overload, reviews that were sponsoredso not Necessarily accurate, then I found many accuratereviews that left me totally confused.. Then I called 5th Blocker Skates    Not only did the lady I spoke with whom I didn't get her name give me a huge amount of her time and patience, she also offered a wealth of knowledge and understanding of what it is I was wanting and the issues I have come up against.  The lady I spoke with has a background and love for rollerskating so I couldn't wish for more. She continued to offer customer support following the phone call through msg for the add ons I wanted for my skates such as Slider blocks etc.. it was really nice to have the opportunity to support a small business but also get to speak with her direct without visiting the shop as I am not local. So everything we discussed was on the shop website  Amazing Hope one day I am your way visiting to thank her in person.

Service is 2nd to none. Very helpful every time we use them and delivery is rapid. Placed an order on Friday just after 5pm and it was on my doorstep before 10am on Saturday morning.

Ordered online as they had everything I was after, received my items very quickly, highly recommend!

Amazing shop. They had a great range of products and were really helpful with helping me choose my first pair of skates. Along with a helmet and pads. Super lovely staff, who really know what they are talking about - and they also love cats which is always a bonus.
