I just want say how gorgeous the Lola corner sofa is, we’ve had it a couple of weeks now and it’s like sitting on a cloud, it’s so soft and the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever had and well worth every penny ..love it
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a 3 seater sofa and snuggle chair in February. Received 3 seater sofa straight away, snuggle chair was made to order. Fast forward to the end of July we have spent 2 months trying to chase up our order of the snuggle chair with no avail to go into store as no one ever gets back in touch when they say they will to be told we can no longer have the snuggle chair as the manufacturer won't make it now however we have waited 22 weeks for this and would not have purchased the 3 seater sofa had we known. We now have an incomplete suite and are stuck with a 3 seater sofa and nothing to go with it. Lola rose are very quick to blame on the manufacturer however we have ultimately purchased the sofa from them and they are taking no responsibility. A refund of deposit is no good when I have already spent and now wasted £800 on a 3 seater sofa and cannot complete the suite. I received an email 5 minutes after my husband going into store, had we not gone in I very much doubt we would have even been told the situation
Such an amazing place and a lifesaver for first time buyers! Having recently moved out of rented accommodation, buying good quality and stylish sofas on a budget was really important! And this shop really did deliver! We love our new sofas! Really helpful and friendly staff, we even got our sofas delivered to us within in the hour - the delivery van beat us home! Really couldn't be happier with Lola Rose.
Popped in today for a browse. The staff were super friendly and a great range of quality sofas at an excellent price! *Ended up going back a couple of days later to buy a sofa. It was delivered the next day and couldn't be happier. Great quality at a fraction of the price.

Just had my sofa delivered. Perfect condition and the guys even helped me unwrap it and put it together ! I also put my pink knitted throw and cushions on that I copied from the website and my dogs have claimed their own corner haha! Thanks so much can't wait to sleep on it for days!
0 communication since they told me my ordered item was out of stock in September, have been chasing for a refund since and have last seen they’ve ceased trading! Still waiting for a refund - annoyed is an understatement
Just a short drive from Leeds. Fantastic service from the staff. The sofas themselves are very high quality and very nice too. Would highly recommend visiting Lola Rose if you're looking for some goegeous furniture and save a lot money. Much better than retail stores for sure.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Bought a sofa 2 months ago and it broke messaged and called over 10 times with no response when I finally got through they told me to bring the sofa to them mile away if I wanted them to do anything!! Absolutely disgusting service and the woman on the phone has no telephone manner don't expect any help!!! I would not recommend total scam artist!!!!! EDIT! To the below comment from the scam artist herself the matter is still not resolved she refused to sign for a recorded delivered letter and deletes any negative feedback that is left on her page which shouldn't be allowed and the blocks you from Facebook when you message her! Waste your own money if you so wish!!!
well recommended. i found the sofa i wanted at a great price and delivered within a few days with text updates to confirm half hour window of delivery time. all from a small local business. brilliant.
