Just made the trip up to Lohen to have a exhaust system fitted to my R53 Cooper S. Really impressed with the service and facilities. It was a long drive and they provided the perfect environment for me to crack on with some work while I waited. 

If I lived closer I would be there all the time. Brilliant

Very good and well trained staff you just no the job is getting done properly  unlike some other garages that put on non genuine parts

Had my JCW GP 2 Billstein dampers serviced/refurbished by Lohen, they were very quick, reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. Even when I misplaced the invoice which I like to keep on file they emailed me a copy straight away. If I had any further work, upgrades or issues I would not hesitate to recommend Lohen or the team who are more than happy  to help even if it is just advice.

Although quite some distance from me, went for decoke of my wife's mini cooper s as it was on offer, also a rocker cover gasket. Whilst they had the car they gave it a general check over free of charge and reported several problems back. Biggest one was the timing chain needs replacing, they took time out to try and get this done under my warranty but to no avail. So anyway going back in 2 weeks to get work done. Couldn't have been happier with the service provided, great professionalism, courtesy and knowledge.
Would highly recommend them.

I had my first visit to Lohen today and can't praise them enough. They were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and judging by the carpark and speaking to them are also enthusiasts. Top job guys. My car now sounds like it should do....anti social. 😁 And I'm loving it. Look forward to my next trip up. 👍🏼
