We stumbled across Terry and Alleycats in the search to repair a very sentimental family violin back to a playable condition. We were made so welcome in his shop / workshop, and you can tell that his work is a labour of love. We probably spent more time talking all things musical and being shown all different techniques and methods of repair than the actual fix itself took, coming away with both a fantastically repaired instrument at a great price, and  a great insight into the world of instrument repair and sales.

Have already recommended him multiple times and will do in the future. Excellent workmanship at honest prices. Many thanks.

I was told about Terry by a friend whose daughter had work done by him. Terry is absolutely brilliant: time is no problem and his work is terrific.  Furthermore his charges are very reasonable.  There is no need to look further.
