Went swimming in the training pool. The pool was cold and wasn't that big. But the kids had fun anyway.nnFamily Changing room units are not big.nClean and tidy. There are hairdryers available.nnThe soft play room is fantastic.quiet big and on 3 levels. Best one I've seen in the club so far.
Great centre. Have used the pool to bring my children swimming. Temp of water was fine and pool and changing area were clean. Also been to a party in the sports hall. Great set up with ample space. Highly recommended.
Went swimming here with my daughter, while the facilities appear to be great, well maintained, clean etc. The reason for the lower review is the staff friendliness and helpfulness, I feel that they were almost annoyed by my partner and I asking some questions.nnIf you have a public facing role you should be expected to engage happily with the public and not annoyed at their presence!
The swimming pool is disgusting, I wonder how much bacteria in the pool and whether it has ever been cleaned. Changing area is also dirty all around. Booking for badminton court is so expensive but there aren’t many available in the area so have no choice.
A very good leisure centre in Reading. Attended for the Durga puja celebrations this year 2024 and cannot lie but admit that it exceeded my expectations and outstood. The space is massive and the facilities are very good.
