Ridiculous nurse. Pains in chest and throat, coughing up green mucus and burning sensation in arms when I cough. Told nothing wrong yet my gp said chest infection just did not have appointment for me today! Daughter and mother in law both on antibiotics one for a chest infection one for toncilitis. Nurse instantly rude cause I said think its a chest infection. She cheekily said that was up to her to decide. Avoid if possible ring 111 at 6pm far better service.

Very poor standard of care. I went there after food was trapped in my throat and possibly in the right airway to my lungs and developed a severe sore throat. Could barely talk and at night struggled to breathe due to infection. When I arrived I was asked a few questions about my problem (assessed) by a receptionist who sent me to wait to see what I thought would be a doctor. After an hours wait I was called to see a nurse, who was of no help. Felt like I was clearly being fobbed off by her. Not blaming her personally for the mess NHS is in through underfunding but her attitude wasn't great and telling me I dont have an infection and nothing can be done and I have to see my own GP even though there was clearly an infection and it was Good Friday and Local Doctor not open until the next Teusday. I know that nurses can't prescribe medicine and when I asked her questions she just said... "I Cant answer that". Not even basic care..just a go away and see your own Doctor attitude. I feel ashamed of the standard of care now in the NHS. Dont waste your time going here!

I can not be thankful enough for the amazing Nurse Louise and Dr Iman on tonight, they eased my 3 year Daughter whilst waiting and whilst they were checking her over. From start to finish we were no long than an hour and half!!!! Positive staff and very friendly. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

dont go to this stuped redicoulus place. They just take the piss just like nhs and make u wait atleast 3 hours before even they see u. Mf have no idea what tbey are doing.
