Shocking! Absolutely shocking. Avoid would be my best advice. But you live and learn. Seems like they recruited any random from the street and don't actually know much about doing their own job. Enter property without giving notice fail to maintain proper contact with either the landlord or the tenant and now it seems that they have changed their name to premier lettings. Maybe they are receiving that many bad reviews they need to. If you're looking for an easy to deal with friendly and manageable letting agency then don't go here. Legal representation is being sought.

Local Lettings Review Good Letting agents but when it comes to major updates to the properties they seem a bit lacking by paying attention to newer properties and leaving out older properties. They have made several promises regarding the up keep of the land around 1 certain property in the swinley area, Site has had new front doors and the land around the property is half done awaiting a walls to be rendered, Tarmac and a fence to be put up to stop Theiving sods looking through our bins and people walking through thinking its a right of way. You may think this is a negative review its not its certain FACTS not fiction, It seems where are the Last in line when it comes to repairs and upgrades to the properties this company runs for its landlord. I pay my rent on time and i do not cause anyone and harm.

I appreciate some of the comments may indicate poor service from Local Lettings, however, I would be interested to understand how many of those comment come from people who are not tenants in one of their properties? You have to remember how many people this company has to deal with and how many of those people are just utter timewasters?! It would be interesting if LL could provide feedback on those individuals by comparison!! Anyway... I am a tenant in one of their properties and my experience has been an excellent one. The application process was quick and the checks completed very quickly. The key collection day was completely stress less and the support from the office and the maintenance team has been fantastic with quick and speedy resolution to any issues. You have to be realistic when renting a property, things go wrong... You have to measure how good LL are in their response, attitude and resolution. Be real with expectations! My expectations have been met and exceeded on a couple of occasions and I am happy with LL and can very much recommend them for their services.

I cant express how much of a disgrace this letting agency is. From threatening people on their doors and over phone. Trying to enter homes without notice. Repairs left for 4months to the point the roof is falling in and in respond say if u go council u will be evicted (they stuck to that). To illegal eviction before notice. To trying to harrass and follow u via car. This business should not even be still standing. They two women act above and beyond childish unlike the professional they should be.
