Boron Shaw are by far the best Estate Agent we have used, both for the time we rented the property all the way through to buying it. All the team are very professional and friendly. Any issue we raised to them regarding the property was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Rung up to sort a viewing on a rental property that they have advertised, said they are just taking name a numbers and putting people on a waiting list, I've seen the property and it's vacant, I have the money to pay 6 months rent up front, madness if that was my property and they was just taking name and numbers I would be fuming, don't advertise a property if its not ready for people to move in straight away,
Sold my house with barron Shaw recently, 12 wks it took, they only rang me when necessary so no mither along the process. I am very happy with the sale and would definitely say use this local company, the fees were very reasonable, they found a local solicitor for me, did all the viewings and sold my house without me having to do hardly anything at all. I think I might send them a gift to say thank you as I'm that happy, thanks barron Shaw.
I would always recommend Borron Shaw for both lettings and sales. I have used them several times for both and will continue to use them in the future. The staff are professional, friendly and efficient. They always get back to you when they say they will and work hard on your behalf. Would not even consider going anywhere else to do business. Thank you Borron Shaw for a great service over the last few years.
Berly answer phone when I call and can take a good 2 days call me back some times. Pluss had 1 man who was very rude not to long ago.
Really pleased with the professional and proactive way in which Borron Shaw dealt with my mum's recent house sale. All the sales team worked really hard to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Would definitely use them again in future.
Used Borron Shaw 3 times in the past 3 years sold 2 , purchased 1 Each time the experience was made so much easier by their professional and helpful staff. Communication was excellent at all times despite my difficult and sometimes unreasonable demands nothing was too much trouble.
