Not Even Worth A Star! They have repeatedly ignored my emails and the issues with the property my grandparents are currently renting. The bedroom walls are covered in mold and are seeping wet not only damp! They tried to tell us it was only condensation but there are holes in the walls causing the water to seep in. One of my grandparents has COPD and is at high risk of a chest infection and wont survive it if he gets one. Which will happen if this is not sorted!

Not at all happy with this estate agent. I have been in my property 2 weeks and and nothing but trouble and lies since. I'm still waiting on someone too come round to get rid of the fleas in my house that I reported four days after I moved in, I found one crawling on my 7 month old baby's head whilst she was asleep and we have no pets so it's from the previous tenants, i was promised someone was coming Tuesday no-one turned up. I have had trouble with the lights in the house since the day I moved in still not all sorted. I have had a new extractor fan fitted above my oven and it's not been installed properly and now my partner is felling the effects as her asthma has kicked in again after she had a little accident with the cooker but if the fan worked that wouldn't be the case. I've reported my boiler not working properly numerous times and I've now found a leak from the bathroom through the kitchen ceiling that they said they had fixed. Despite numerous calls to the agents they are not returning my calls and not having anything done. I'm now in the process of filing a complaint to my housing officer as We have spoke and she reckons it's the best thing to do my baby's health visitor has also been notified and is also on the case. This is my first house with my own little family and it's been ruined because they can't be assed to soothe work required. Definitely does not deserve 1 star😠.

Used Bridgfords for the sale of my home. Excellent proactive service from friendly staff who do everything they can to sell your home. Always kept informed and feedback always given. Cannot fault them. Well done guys.

After years of putting up with a sub standard house and complaining to the council i was then given notice to leave. Kirsty made blatant lies and told the council i wouldn't let contractors in to do the work (totally untrue) and then sends passive aggressive emails with threats to use my emails to make complaint against the council. I have never in all my life come across such a shoddy set up and totally unprofessional!! Do yourself a favour and stay away. Kirsty needs a customer care course ASAP...what a joke !

1 STAR IS TO MANY **STAY AWAY FROM THIS LETTING AGENCY** They are unprofessional, rude, incompetent...the list is endless. They NEVER ring you back when promised, they are rude and abrupt on the phone and the maintenance side of things is the worse set up Ive ever come across. Please, save yourself a lot of hassle and upset and take your business else where.
