I have just recently bought a house through Clifford Smith Sutcliffe in Burnley. I cannot begin to express how simple the team made this whole process & how efficient they were. I dealt with Peter throughout the process & he went above & beyond in all aspects & the communication was fantastic. I would highly recommended buying & selling houses with this estate agents & cannot thank them enough for everything.

Simply put, the best people I have ever dealt with. I purchased a house through them; sadly, there were some complications, but they were on my side with the house I was selling. This really wasn't the job of Clifford Smith; however, they were more than willing to do everything in their power they could to help get the deal through. Special mention to Keelie, who, without her, I really don't think I'd be in the position I am in. She was on the phone every day to every person involved with the sale of my house and helping and giving me any advice she could. Without a doubt, I would be dealing with them all again. Clifford Smith Sutcliffe recently sold my family home in Barrowford. The process was slick through from initial visit and valuation to pictures and brochures right through to arranging buyer visits and negotiating on price. The team are all extremely friendly and always on the other side of a phone to help with queries.
