These guys saved my life last night at 21:00 in the evening when I had a mains water leak inside my house which flooded the kitchen. They repaired it quickly and to a brilliant standard. I am honestly so grateful for what they done. Thanks again.

Couldn’t find a decent plumber anywhere after being let down by several. EPM247 were recommended to me by a friend, and I have to say I have been very impressed with the service. Ben came out quickly to look at the work I wanted doing, and took time to discuss my requirements with me in detail coming back on a number of occasions as requested to run further ideas past him. He replaced my outdated en-suite with a new set I had chosen and has done a fantastic job. Very happy customer. Would recommend.Service:&nbsp;Faucet repair

Not useful, coming dirty and not professional, sticking to the phone for advices how to do the job, just for visit charging £150 doing nothing, to be all aware

I would give more stars if I could. Went out of their way on short notice to fix our toilet which was a pig of a job. Even went to the trouble to solve a few other minor issues and gave amazing advice too. Will 100% be using again in the future
