Called him as looking for emergency heating engineer, first asked me to pay £300 and when I asked for more details called me various darlings type name, so do not seem to respect ladies; then I hang off, as I am nobody's darling, he called me back saying to me he would help and call me back.... but of course he did not! just wonder how much revenues he is paying?!

Have to agree with the other reviewers. Whilst it was last year that I had work completed in my rental property by Ben, I was made to feel very intimidated from the get go. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and was very condescending, after work was completed I spoke to another company and they said the work would've cost approximately £200 less than what he charged! I think as I was a woman by myself with obviously very little plumbing knowledge he took huge advantage of this. As the other reviewer said, he charges an absolute rip off for incredibly bad service.

My mum had a bad experience a few months a go now, meant to be an emergency plumber however never turned up when he promised to come out. My mum rang several times and she still got no response. At this time she was left waiting 6 hours in freezing weather, once she realised the engineer wasn't going to turn up it was then too late for her to find another company until the next day. Avoid.

had ben/ Matthew do work for us in last year but unfortunately has been problems since various visits have made things worse with our hot water (lack of it , warm baths , not enough water in bath ,runs cold when we email himhe don't respond this man likes big money charged us big money bled my our bank accounts dry until we sorted a refund out it is only now at 4am that the airing cupboard is hotting up we are not happy avoid this get rich hard to get through to care less manic plumber who also scolds your grass and wont say sorry
