Had an issue with my toilet not flushing properly. After reading some great reviews for John, I decided to give him a call and he was more than happy to help. John came the following day at the confirmed time and sorted the issue in no time.  Really happy with the service I received and provided some really useful advice.  Would highly recommend helping hands plumbing and will definitely be using Johns service in future.

Telephoned John at 9.30 this morning and he was here at 10.20. Unexpectedly quick response.  He sorted my problem out with the same speed. Everything put back in place after he’d finished the job. Very reasonable price, no ‘rip off’ plumber charges which I have experienced before. Very pleasant person I certainly recommended him. Full marks John. Thank you very much.

We had tried to drain one of our radiators but when we tried to open the valve, it broke, leaving us having to put our thumb on the end of it so that it wouldn’t flood our toilets. So we ended having to call an emergency out of hours plumber and I found John from Helping Hands on google search and called him, and he responded immediately and arrived as quickly as possible. He was very professional and efficiently solved the issue. He also checked all the other radiators in the house to make sure they were working. The job has been done nicely, in a friendly manner. I recommended John as a plumber and will call him back for other plumbing related works.

The cistern in our bathroom toilet was running water continuously and had to be shut off just 2 weeks before Xmas.  We were desperate to have it fixed as we have visitors coming to stay. We called Helping Hands, and a plumber came round that afternoon. The flow was turned off and he went off to order the necessary part to fix it. An hour later we had a text to say that the part should arrive early the following week.  It did and the plumber returned and fitted it the same day.  Running again perfectly. A great, professional service from a polite and helpful plumber at a reasonable price.  Very, very pleased and recommend Helping Hands 100%.

Outstanding polite service. Leaking pipe in kitchen. Following initial phone call to John he was there within 30min. Found and fixed the leak all within another 30min. Didn't even have time to finish his coffee.

I called Helping Hands as we had just returned from holiday and had a seriously leaking tap. Amazing service !! He was attending the problem with 90 mins , courteous professional and problem quickly sorted. Highly recommended.

John just a legend! Veni vidi vici. He responded imidiatelly on weekend, find time to come early on Monday and replaced leaking washing machine valve in 30 min. Also made few other improvements to make setup more robust and saver. Highly recommended!

Great service from John, who came out this evening at short notice and fixed our leaking pipe underneath kitchen cabinets as an emergency. We were very grateful to deal with such a reliable and professional plumber being new to the area and will definitely use him again although hopefully not for an emergency Thanks John

What a wonderful plumber, called John to repair some taps for me and he ended up sorting out other problems which I have lived with for 20 years plus. Nothing was to much bother he was very pleasant clean and tidy and very competitive rates

Had a flooded kitchen, was stressed & didn’t know what to do.  Phoned John at Helping Hands & he was here within 30 mins & sorted the problem within an hour.  I couldn’t be happier with the work or the professionalism of John.  A big thank you & would recommend you to anyone needing plumbing work
