A dog friendly pub with very friendly humans too. Pub was warm and cozy. Food was good and fast to the table. A nice little find after a long walk in the cold. Our 4 legged friends were enjoying their free doggie treats too.

Went here Christmas eve for dinner. There was 10 of us for dinner with wide range of meals. Food was hot and we were all served together. It was really lovely great team work as been here before and got a poor service. They have really improved and lovely to see. Will be going back very soon.

Really liked this place. Some staff are fantastic friendly (but sadly there are the exceptions), food is good, portions a little small, but maybe healthily so. They serve some nicely tended cask ales. Location is great... Did I mention the fantastic staff?

Great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Shame about the chef and food. Visited twice recently and had to send dinners back to be redone. On are last visit we had to send the food back twice as we were given the wrong food and some was cold. Ending in us having to go elsewhere. Real shame as staff and place is great. Please sort the food out so we can return. Very disappointed
