Story

Lobos is an exciting new tapas bar also focused on prime cuts of Spanish and British meat. Meaning wolvesin Spanish, Lobos offers a short, sharp list of vibrantly authentic, traditional tapas with ingredients sourced locally, evolving seasonally and therefore dishes that will change frequently depending on what is available from the market. Lobos is a real carnivore’s paradise, think perfectly roasted Iberico pork, slow cooked shoulders of lamb and lightly charred, rosy pink bone in rib-eye to share, all presented simply and cooked to perfection, allowing the pristine quality of the offering to shine through.

I find the tables here a bit squeezy, there wasn’t enough room for the food we ordered. There was a clever solution for that but more space and more comfortable seating could’ve helped. I would suggest booking a table in advance but walk-ins are also able to find tables. The meatballs and the charcuterie board were very good. Overall it’s a nice place to go and have quick tapas over a few drinks.
Had a bar-stool table mid-week… The service from the guy serving us and what seemed the whole restaurant was excellent, but clearly they were under-staffed as he was run off his feet. The food was delicious, just wish it came quicker as we were rushed in the end and didn’t get one of the tapas dishes we’d ordered. This said, the food we got was tasty, the server was friendly & apologetic and it was a cool buzzy atmosphere, so I would return again.
Just found an incredible spot near London Bridge: LOBOS Meat & Tapas! Here’s what we loved: Prawns in Garlic : Fresh, juicy prawns with a rich garlic flavor. So tasty! Grilled Octopus Leg : Tender octopus with unique sauces. Must-try! Ribeye and Foie Gras : Perfectly cooked ribeye and velvety foie gras. Divine combo! Double Chocolate & Pistachio Cake : Rich chocolate paired with crunchy pistachios. Heavenly! The ambiance is super cozy and chic. The service? Absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend for all Spanish food lovers in London!
Amazing experience. The food is delicious with reasonable portion, and the service is fantastic. Might be slightly pricy but given the location and quality of food it’s reasonable.Food: 5/5
Lobos Meat and Tapas has perfected each and every item on their menu. This is one of my repeat restaurants that I visit every time I’m in London. The standout dish, of course, is the Iberico pork, croquetas, and octopus. The service here is also fantastic, which makes this restaurants one of the Borough Market’s hidden gymsFood: 5/5
Super fun spot. Would have never noticed it if it wasn't for me searching Google reviews for a good spot to eat at.Food: 5/5
Everything is amazing! Really recommend ribeye and foie gras, octopus leg, and croquet as! The service is very good.Food: 5/5
Best tapas i've ever had, nice cooking of the pork selection, good seasoning of garlic prawn!Food: 5/5
I visited here yesterday night, ordered 4 dishes, potata bravas, octopus leg, black rice and foie gras with rib eye. Overall, the food is good, I would recommend this black rice and octopus leg. It tastes nice and delicious. However, the potata bravas is really disappointing. It wasn’t crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The texture poor. The sauce in top is really bad too like tomato sauce but very watery. The one in had previously in Camino is quite nice. Also the foie gras with steak is so oil. The steak they gave us is full of fats which makes the whole thing much more oily. The foie gras itself is good. Better come with bread. Service is good and the dessert is really nice. We ordered a cheesecake, it’s decent. This restaurant is quite pricy but the food portion is really small. Would prefer other cuisine with similar price.
Fantastic tapas experience at Lobos! Every dish was a hit, from the zesty Padron peppers to the creamy croquetas and the boldly flavored patatas bravas. The grilled chorizo was a standout, perfectly cooked with a smoky taste that paired wonderfully with a refreshing glass of Tinto de Verano. The atmosphere was lively and the service was attentive, making for a memorable evening.
