I'd give less than one star if I could. Absolutely shocking company. So quick to contact you if you fall behind with a payment but if you have a genuine problem then they are nowhere to be found. Had to fill in updated income and outgoings due to now being unemployed and it took over 2 weeks for them to send the right link, and now another 2 weeks later still no contact and they've taken the same payment and left me with 30quid to last a month!! Avoid at all costs, they care nothing about people and circumstances changing, just about getting every penny they can!!

Shocking service I have been paying regularly and I receive a message that my account is arrears of an amount that can not even be justified, and it’s next to impossible to get these people on the phone  Been charged twice and this month since Friday I have been trying to join someone on the telephone no answer they say that on Saturday they open at at 8 till 5 but I called I 8 it said it was closed I called at 9 that’s when they opened but seemed like the queue was not moving, I tried to call later on around 2pm on Saturday and it said it was closed.  I’ve sent thousand of e-mails and received nothing in return

Avoid avoid rip off company do not get a loan from them. They do not do  proper checks. Mo affordability checks. Absutely disgusting interest rates. This company should be shut down . Why has the foc allowed this company to have a licence to operate in uk.  Foc seriously investigate this company asap

Shocking company. I tried to pay early in December otherwise i would miss the payment due to being on holiday and they would not let me do so. Now i am in arrears that i have to pay unfairly.

Worst company ever, I have mental problems and lost my job and they took £52 a week off me when they new I had lost my job and wouldn’t refund it back when I had no food or money to live on!!!! You would think the mangers give you the money them selfs absolutely shocking company don’t care about clients!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! ABJECT 15% monthly interest rate for a small loan.  They will be reported for harassment as they constantly send out SMSs but also for unfair financial activities to the FCA given the high interest rates they are charging!! Indeed this is shameful and a greedy finance provider. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Worst loan company ever! They hound you constantly even when paying on time! And heaven for bid you miss a payment..

These people are robbers I care for some one and help the feed the and do on she has no gas or electric so I got money for her on a Thursday but lines to go took it Wich was not right trying my bank when thay want I heave proof that money was not mine but thay would not help reading there screens police and news papper will be informed robbers

Applied for a loan at 10am during working hours , was told I’ll have a decision within 2 hours , it’s been nearly 3 and still no decision or contact , I provided photos of my wage slips as requested and still nothing !! Can’t even contact them to get a update , horrible service so far and wouldn’t recommend as of yet

Trying to get £1400 out of me for a £150 loan... I'm taking them to the financial ombudsman for breaking the law over exceeding payday loan capped interest rates.
