The queues are just the worst. Its the closest branch to me but I never use it. The waiting is far too long. The queues are so long you think they are giving away money.

It's always busy. However it does meet all your banking needs. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's always multiple staff members at hand. It's buggy and wheelchair friendly. It's pretty spacious too.

Good branch there is lots of self service machines cash in and check your account .

Shocking customer service long queues and staff seem to discriminate have logged a serious complaint to Barclays head office

Always have to queue, never enough people on the actual counters. There are are people directing customers to machines perhaps they could be actually serving people. I avoid the bank unless it's absolutely necessary.
