A couple of weeks ago, I called and asked if I could have a root canal treatment that my usual dentist could not do because he did not have the appropriate PPE equipment.  As they told me they could do it, I went to Llys Einion practice. Turns out they did not have the required PPE equipment either and charged me £60 for an emergency appointment that consisted of the dentist just having a look at the x-ray that the other dentist had already done.  In addition, the dentist kept talking to me while I was filling the form to let him know if I was allergic to anything or if I had any underlying health problems, which I found very unprofessional as I could not focus on my answers.  I am not upset at the dentist for not having the PPE equipment, but for making me believe they had it and making me pay £60 for an appointment that was everything but urgent and necessary.

Best dental experience I have had and I'm 62. Lovely staff and though I really don't like going to the Dentist coming here I never get worried.

Excellent treatment and staff.
