Most of the staff are friendly and helpful not all of them though and always the forever to sort prescriptions out
Ridiculous waiting times more than one occasion precription items had been missing/lost or misplaced as they described. Currently running on 50/50 if they have your items in stock. Use north street pharmacy 10X better service
I had an appointment booked for a flu jab, however, when I arrived, it turned out that - a few days before my appointment - the opening hours of the pharmacy had been changed, so it was not open at the time my jab was booked for. I hadn’t been emailed in advance to tell me that my appointment was no longer available - I was simply left to turn up and realise for myself, and then try to book my flu jab for a second time. Disgraceful service.
The woman working here tonight was extremely helpful and has hopefully saved me a doctors appointment.
Awful and repeated wrongdoing to prevent patients receiving specialising Hospital Consultant's prescribed treatments including dressings for chronic wounds! SICK and plain nasty targeting vulnerable patients, for a laugh! Apparently, a pharmacist likes to try and stop treatments if they are unaware of them! Will.pretend to GPs the patient shouldn't have treatments! Patient never ever informed just finds out when can't collect from Lloyds in Sainsburys. Always a waste of time complaining to Lloyds Pharmacy higher-ups about the pharmacists games, as management just cause as much delay, stalling and cause blocking adding to the hurt and harm! Always confirm how the Pharmacists Regulatory body will be informed as the then magically, prescriptions swiftly found and dispensed! Never ever trust such types doing such awfully nasty things!
Great service and cheerful staff.
Mum has had twice in a row going to pick up her prescription which she's told is in but it's not there. Second time she went home only to have a phone call saying they had found it after all
Amazing staff, always ready to help you.
Chaotic, they lose scripts and the wait is awful
