My mother was very ill recently, and the staff here went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that the medication and care in her final weeks were as trouble free as possible. I cannot thank the team enough for their professionalism.
The chemist/pharmacy part of this store is one of the best in town, they really can't do enough to help, always gone out of their way to help me. I use this chemist 3 times a week. Staff are 2nd to none, the store has 3 floors and it sells quite a wide range of different things. 10/10

Turned up for an appointment and they said that I had called up to cancel which I hadn’t so they had given the appointment to someone else. I offered to wait and got told there was “absolutely no way I can see you, you will have to rebook in a few weeks time”.
The staff are very helpful and the Pharmacist Sandra is professional and knowledgeable, she goes above and beyond to look after even the most difficult customers without prejudice.
Delivery driver doesnt understand the covid laws and was wearing his mask below his chin a foot away from me on my door step also my payment didnt go through so they didnt call me up they just left some of my medication leaving me in excruciating pain after just coming out of hosbital i called up to tell them about there driver and the medication all i got was oh ok il call you back dont feel promising as i didnt get a call back the day before when i was told i would and no apology about the driver the lack of caring from the staff is insanity wouldnt recommend using them il be using boots delivery service in the future might be slightly more expensive but at least il get the service!!!!
Constant errors with dispensing prescriptions. This company is living in the past regarding customer services. Beware purchasing goods here. An unwanted Christmas gift could not be refunded only a credit note valued for a year and not even on a gift card. Beware!!!
