Every time I go into this chemist I wait for ages. Today there was only me and another man in there and the lady serving had to ask four times what the man's name was when he spoke quite clearly. She finally served him after ten minutes. I then asked for what I wanted and she didn't understand me. I give up I think I will go somewhere else in future.

I've obviously had a different experience to most when I go in. They couldn't be more helpful! Always had the time to talk me through what we needed for our new baby.
