Very slow. My doctors send prescription on same day to pharmacy and yet trying to collect giving them 48 hours later they haven't even got it ready! And then find out some items are not in stock, which means a longer wait. Bit of advice, always call first (if you can get through that is) and find out as there's normally half hour wait. Called today to be told items are ready. Had my script since 19th it is now 23rd and guess what it wasn't ready and one item out of stock completely. I'll be changing pharmacy as I've had enough of this. I put my repeat script in advance so i don't run out, they're really failing patients.

Shockingly long waits for scripts, worst chemist I have ever used. How hard is it to put pills in a bottle, why are waiting times upto an hour quoted. Laughable.

Disorganised, inefficient and a very lax attitude to customer service. And, as they have a captive audience up at Riverview, there seems very little incentive for them to improve. Just awful.
