Trying to call for my elderly Aunt who is hard of hearing untold times on 7/9/22 only for the phone to be cut  off each time I then visited the shop on the Thursday and actually witnessed the phone ringing n  the  assistant cut the phone off. I queried this n the other assistant said we are busy. There was 5/6 ppl working n not one person could answer the phone. It doesnt take 2 seconds to answer the phone and say can you bare with us a moment or day that to the customers as they can see whats going on where as on the phone you cant.

Really use to like this pharmacy, however, lately they seem to serve the druggies first rather than the paying customers in the queue who are law abiding, tax paying members of society.

First time ever I have needed to order anything from a pharmacy over the phone and it was a super easy experience. I needed a pulse oximeter and the pharmacy not only had one in stock but they delivered it in minutes. Very impressive service.

Best pharmacy around but the only issue they don't pick up the phone!!!!

Worst pharmacy. Very long awaiting time ALWAYS, 80% of the prescriptions are out of stock and they won’t order it until you physically come and ask for that, seems like to have just prescription is not enough. It has to be changed, people are tired of that!!

Small shop, helpful, kind.  Gave directions & on way out of rail station going up High Street, so on-the-way convenient. Check opening hours on website.

Rude, slow, abusive and overall a useless chemists.

Such friendly, lovely, helpful people. Always happy to help, and go the extra mile to make you feel you aren't just a 'prescription' Thank you. I wouldn't go anywhere else now
