Every team member was proactively helping a customer. They were all great at listening and had such a strong knowledge of their products. Every time I’ve been in there I’ve had the best support, nothing is ever too much trouble.
I went to Halfords Dunstable branch today to get a battery for my car when my car decided to stress me out since yesterday. I met Dan, of the guys in the shop and he was so amazing. He introduced me to Halfords premium and gave me a good deal . He fixed my battery for me and I cannot say thank you enough. His customer service was on point, his patience 10/10. I got value for money thank you Dan and all the team
I had the 10 point car check done today by Lewis, service was great, he was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a quick double check that their car is as it should be. He advised me of a few things that I'll need to get done, but I can confidently drive my car now
Today I had a very bad experience with your workers, I came to buy a bicycle as a gift for my child, twice they sent us from one cashier to another and in the end I didn't order the bicycle anymore, the girl at the entrance made some ugly facial expressions! Unfortunately, we are loyal customers, but we will already buy elsewhere!
Had the 10 point service done at Halfords, Whitelion Retail park, Dunstable by Dan today. Very impressed and happy with the outcome, Dan even managed to sort out my headlights for me which was impressive as been having problems with them recently. Would definitely recommend Halfords and Dan to anyone as very helpful and friendly and got the job done
