Unfriendly staff including the pharmacist. Reluctant to give out one oral syringe that should’ve been given with my baby sons prescription medicine the day before. So had to return the following day, asked for 4 to last 2 months, as they break and stick often, and offered to pay and was rudely told “we need to keep some for other customers”! After questioning this attitude, 7 syringes were basically thrown across the counter. Avoid if possible!

The staff in this pharmacy has changed and whilst I agree service was indifferent and at times graceless in the past, now it is first rate. I find the staff pleasant and very helpful, even at times when they are very busy with many customers.

Sad to say but this Lloyd's is really poor for customer help & worse for pleasant service. I didn't meet (nor did I need to) the duty pharmacist but the dispensing assistant clearly had delusions of grandeur or plain ideas above her station. She spent the entire visit looked down her nose at me (whilst I towered over her) as if the power has gone to head a little. Comically, it's as if she's examining to see if 'one is fit to be served'. Personally I'd go to another Lloyd's of indeed another pharmacy as there are plenty others with much kinder and more helpful staff. Very poor Lloyds, very poor.
