Terrible experience waiting twice in a long queue for my George parcels, once before shopping I gave up once after shopping The collection point which has moved from the back of the store no notice or indication you had to guess where to get your parcels The Asda app on my phone failed having spend £129 and the manager says we have no way of adding it after but it's their app !!! All the time she was walking away from a huge queue of disappointed customers. Store was a mess loads of stuff being moved about at the customer service entrance .... a reminder ... your customers are why you are there
This is the worst Asda I’ve ever been in. Toilets disgusting and apparently the ladies was the same looking like they haven’t been cleaned for day so absolutely stinking. The shop itself dirty and very untidy. There’s more stock on top of the displays than anywhere else. The management need to look at the way it’s being run. We would normally use the Larbert store which shows Asda at its best. I won’t be going back to Dunfermline.
Shop itself is fine. Staff are lovely but every single time I use the loos in this shop they are a disgrace. Currently 5 ladies loos available to public. 3 of them are out of order, the other 2 filthy. The floor is filthy. Always a queue, they barely flush. Disgusting.
Barely any mens casual or work shoes, was told by staff it's because of the time of year - I don't see how the time of year is relevant when it seems they haven't been stocked since before Christmas and the section is 3x smaller than it used to be.
As usual all the staff are so helpful to me and probably everyone else... Great place to shop at... Will definitely be back again soon..
It’s 11:45 pm and and they already closed. They are supposed to be open till midnight. It’s not only me, who doesn’t understand, what’s going on. Other customers and people coming for night shift were very disappointed, because of this matter.
Sunday afternoon one till open and she's having a nice chat with customers while we wait. One other till next to it has the till closed sign up until some younger people walk up behind me and then he waves them over to check out. I guess I'm a mug then. If I wanted to check myself out, I'd stay at home and shop at Amazon. Hire some checkout staff!
Store all on ground level with easily accessible entrance and wide aisles. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Very good variety of stock at reasonable prices. Staff very helpful with smiley faces There is a McDonald's restaurant on site.
Poor staff do more talking between themselves and your treated like a thief Absolutely disgusting New Year’s Day and staff complaining in full ear shot of customers how they are having to work and people should have other things to do than go to Asda An elderly man asked what time they closed rude is being nice basically we are entitled to Newyear as well was the answer the poor man got disgusted Advice go to Tesco they are lovely
Toilets are disgusting. Dirty floors . Toilet bowls full of toilet paper. No cleaning rota on back of door to let people know times when toilets are cleaned. This situation is very common in this store also throughout the store
