Came in to pick up my weekly script, last Monday…no pharmacist was there, the Locum decided, not to turn up pharmacy was closed. I trekked through every single pharmacy available, no answer. Thankfully Boots kindly done my prescription for me. This should…never, ever happen, especially when people need vital medication and this is not the first time, this has happened. Therefore what happens on Monday, New Year’s Day, will there be anyone  there to handle peoples prescriptions. I have absolutely no problem with the team at ASDA, at Halbeth and they certainly deserve holidays. That is not the point!! It seems the Locum Pharmacist you hire, certainly do not take their career seriously. I certainly hope there is someone there on Monday!!

Negligenze and carelessness!!!! 1 hour and 20 minutes to find a prescription!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is ridiculous also because our bag was so big!! And also a disinformation. The lady with the glasses put that the pharmacist should be back in 30 minutes when it was 1 hour instead. And even she started to look at my prescription before the pharmacist was back she has taken an other  20 minutes to find it. She also had a bad attitude. The pharmacist didn't help me either.

Arrogant and uncaring pharmacist tried to tell me that - although I was there to request an emergency inhaler for my other half since she was unwell and had ran out - the pharmacist didn’t consider that an emergency and so wouldn’t issue one. I did say that my other half is a nurse and was working nightshift but had recently had a cold and so had used all her inhalers quicker than usual due to this but the lady either didn’t understand, or just didn’t care. I was then told to come back after I had confirmed whether my misses had ordered another prescription from the doctors…. The uncaring attitude was a shock and left me angry and frustrated to say the least

Called in yesterday to get a prescription on minor ailments. Was told it would be ready at 2pm, called back at 2.15 to be told it would be  15 mins so called back after school run at 3.30 to be told it'd be 10 mins!! 2 and a half hours wait for a minor ailments script. Terrible service, feel sorry for those who this is their local chemist.

1st you have you make an appointment and you hurry like a hurricane. My husband arrived on time in the evening and was told that the pharmacist left to go home to eat as he has done flu jabs all day. My husband is a sweetheart and did not complain about the fact that nobody called to cancel.  They promised 2nd appointment with no worries. 2nd time arrives 10 minutes earlier, nobody in the queue and was told abruptly that he needs to be on time and has to come back. He hurried back on time and was told to wait and after around 20 minutes with little apologies and no real sorry he received the flu jab.  He advised that felt so bad that he would never go back again.

I’ve been here several times, they do get the job done in getting you your prescription but there’s a hefty wait for it. Usually they say around 20-40 minutes? Sometimes longer. I think they say this with the expectation that you’re going to take that long completing shopping. If you’re solely in there to get your prescription then the wait is annoying. The wait time conflicts with other places, Boots for example you can hand in your prescription and they’ll hand you the medication either immediately or 2-3 minutes wait. I understand that checks need to be completed but out of all places to get your prescription this place takes the longest.

Super helpful pharmacy, with late/weekend opening, which is great. Partnership with local GPs mean that my repeat prescription goes there, without me having to go collect it, etc. I really appreciate the service they provide.

Think the staff and pharmacist should be reminded that the opening time is 9am

stood at front of que for 15 minutes waiting for the chemist to return from break the sales assistant was not allowed to sell anything at 5 mins before the chemist was due back a person came forward and asked if something was ready for him assistant told him she coudnt do anything until chemist came back and said she will only be a couple of minutes so she served him first it took another 10 minutes to tell him his was not ready by then very large que very unprofessional.
