I had an appointment.  I was kept waiting more than 20 minutes beyond the appointment time. The reason? The previous client was late.  How is that my problem? It's unfair to keep me waiting when  I arrived in plenty of time. (The one cashier front of house offered to reschedule but having made the time to attend the appointment, I was loathe to have to find another time when I could attend.) The employee who eventually saw me was quite defensive when I politely pointed out that having booked an appointment, I did not expect to be kept waiting so long. Her view seemed to be "not my fault - they were late".  So cut their time short!  It's disrespectful towards a client who had sufficient respect for them to ensure I was available at the appointed time. Poor service.
