Rude, don’t listen to the customer just keep rambling on whatever they assume. Manager won’t see the customer when requested. A joke not a bank should close down. Quick to take your money but not give it back

Been with lloyds for years. This is the branch I go to if I'm in need to speak to someone about my account. I had a query about a transaction and the man at the help desk who happened to be the manager of the branch was so helpful and took time to explain to me what had happened and sorted my problem there and then. Very pleasant and I would recommend going into this branch if you have any issues.
