Since when this branch changed from the NORMAL 16:00 closing time to 15:30? The usual WORKING people has no chance to get in before closing! Congrat lazies!
Worst ever place to go . Nowhere to park , busy confusing streets .branches must be easy to locate not in places like this for business use only god only knows where to park .

Just been to the Salford Quays branch and been rejected to change surname with Marriage Certificate because it does not say on the paper “to be known as…” Rang reg office in Manchester - and they said its right paper. Its my choice to take my husbands name or not should not be written down. Unprofessional. Like am the first to change surname with UK marriage ceteificate!
You can’t do much at this branch, went there and there’s no counter, just a guy asking you what you want and directing you to the atm or online. Don’t understand what it’s there for.

Firstly, wrong directions to Anchorage building. Secondly, this bank has moved from there 2 years ago. It should show as closed or not show at all. What a waste of time.
