Everyone who works here is white. Everyone who works here is British. Mostly everyone who works here is middle-aged. I’ve never seen a foreign person working here. I’ve never seen a non-white person working here. I’ve only seen one person that looked younger than 30 working here. This branch has a diversity problem.
