I would not give them one there attitude stinks .they think there so high and mighty .no help at all to me .they don't listen and you get treated like dirt .Could not put it any clearer

Left work twice this morning to visit the bank this morning only to be told they are closed because they are having a staff meeting during the working day? Very poor service from this franchise. More needs to be done for the average 9-5 worker who cannot visit without leaving work.

Horrendous service and staff. Catherine Ferro watch out for her, she has a chip on her shoulder and thinks she’s above you so will use any excuse to belittle and not treat you with respect. She definitely needs traning, the branch too its okay, but Catherine Ferro needs more training as she isn’t as good as she probably thinks she is.

Decent bank but poor opening hours let it down. If you work 9-5 the only chance you'll have of getting to this branch is Saturday morning. I even went at 9:40am on a day off midweek to find it wasn't open until 10!

Went to the branch to help my elderly mum sort out her bank cards. Staff were so helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble  thankyou so much

Visited this lovely branch today as needed some bank statements printed. Louise was so pleasant and helpful; going above and beyond.

I was  in a private room with my advisor Cheryl who was excellent and prompt with advice and provided the help I needed even the manager came in the room to welcome me . Cheryl a offered a drink  lol nice branch clean 5 * * * * *  A +++++ highly recommended .manythanks

I have been with Lloyd's since I was 29 yrs old they are great very helpful and will sort anything out if you have a problem. Staff very sociable and helpful.
