On arrival it was great to be able to have ample parking. The room was immaculately clean, cozy with lots of attention to detail and thought of what guests would need. The kettle and refreshments were welcome after a long journey. Paul was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful with direction and advice for us as we were on an open day trip to Aberystwyth university.
The customer service at this hotel is appalling - I booked a room last minute and a few hours later a red danger to life travel warning was issued, meaning I couldn't travel. They asked me to contact booking.com to sort. So I spent an hour doing that and booking.com were extremely understanding and helpful - they asked the hotel to cancel the room due to the circumstances of being told not to travel AND the fact I had only just booked the room. They refused. So they lied, wasted my time and then refused to help and charged me in full for the room. Using another lie - that someone else might have booked the room - for THAT night in a DANGER to life DO NOT TRAVEL area. Very lowly, poor dishonourable behaviour. Please choose better quality humans to spend your money on. If you have any issues - they won't care or help. Before parting with your money, check out tripadvisor to see other reviews from others who have had similar experiences. AVOID!
Great weekend break. Fantastic family run hotel superb food. Will definitely visit again. The attention to detail is fantastic.
A beautiful quiet stay at Llanelwedd Arms. Not a bustling place at all but they do hotel stays and food just right if you looking for something pleasant and mellow.nnWaiting times are longer but they do try to keep restaurant bookings to 1-2 tables at a time to serve you better. Also some of the best Thai food I’ve had
Very very clean room and the lady at the bar is soooooo friendly.nThe restaurant is so good! We had thai food and we LOVED it! Breakfast was good, everything's just PERFECT!
