Mixed review 4 out of the five meals were lovely but my mum asked for her steak well done and it was more like medium rare she couldn’t eat it, I told the waitress and she didn’t even apologise, she just whipped the plates away and asked if we wanted desserts

Had two meals here during a short break at Builth Wells. Both were first class and reasonably priced. Definitely go back next time.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating, good selection of drinks and great food! Can highly recommend if in the area!

Great food and beer, good atmosphere too. Very enjoyable evening.

Mixed bag. Nice staff, beer good and cheap. 12 of us had great meals with no exceptions.nThe other 5 couples all happy with their rooms but ours was filthy. Basically hadn't been touched since whoever the slobs were who stayed there before us. All sorts of stuff on carpet and bathroom floor, toilet seat hadn't been lifted and was totally freshly stained with pee, food on the wall like they had been having a good fight, tea tray full of crumbs, blood on quilt.Cleaner had obviously not been in so probably a one off.
