It's a fabulous layout. All on one level but there Is access to the upper foodhall and cinema areas. Shops are well laid put. Access for disabled visitors is up there with the best I've seen. Accessible toilets all the way round accessed with a radar key. Staff in the shops all very welcoming and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much hassle.
Always clean and tidy. Huge cheap car park. Easy to reach and very well maintained and organised. Nice shops where sometimes you can find excellent bargains. This outlet deserves a visit and it's a good place where spending few hours with family and friends. There's also a all- you -can -eat buffet Hot Flame which is cheap, clean and spicy. Overall it's worth a visit.

Great shopping centre with another one right across the road from it, I always get loads of bargains when I'm here. There is also nearby retail parks too. The only downfall is being charged for parking.
Love this place, always clean, plenty of shops and eateries, plus the cinema and loads of parking, I often get my car cleaned whilst shopping too!
McArthur McGlen McRetail McOutlet - have had good shopping trips here & awful trips here. The shops in the outlet have changed frequently but all in all is a decent place to go to avoid city centres.
You have to pay just to park. So that feels like a slap in the face before you even get to the shops. The shops themselves are on par with other retail parks but paying to park feels like an unnecessary con job. I've been to huge retail parks all over the UK and none of them charge to park.
My favourite place to shop , all the outlets were kept to restrictions plenty of sanitizer
