Was due to view a property in Sisland today. I was travelling from Somerset and got caught in the bank holiday traffic. I tried to call the office to say I wouldn't make the appointment, no answer as they don't open on a Saturday the main day people view houses. Tried Martin Cunninghams mobile, straight to voicemail. Eventually sent a message when I could stop 10 minutes after my alloted appointment. Then got a snarky message off Martin saying I was 'off' not letting them know sooner! What a way to treat a potential buyer. Completely puts me off wanting to viewing a property though these guys. Good luck to their customers!
13 years I've been letting properties, the last 8 years I have used Living Property in Beccles, this is by far the best letting agency I've ever known. OK, sometimes we have a small issue, as Landlords and letting agents sometimes due, but the Agents are straight onto it and everything is quickly resolved and any issues sorted out . I can honestly say I have every faith in this letting agency. Professional, punctuality is spot on. Well done Living Property. Always a 5 Star letting Agency.
We have found Martin at living Propery incredibly pro-active in pursuing the completion of the purchase of our house, something we were not used to. Solicitors are renowned for dragging their heels but Martin was on the case and chasing actions from our solicitor constantly! He was very helpful at every stage of the proceedings and always available to chat to. I would highly recommend Living Property to anyone buying or selling a property in the area.
Martin has just guided us through what could have been, in other hands, a very stressful sale and purchase. His positive attitude and determination coupled with professionalism and great experience made it all possible. We are all very grateful and heartily recommend his services.
I would not hesitate to use Living Property for Rental or selling. I was with them for many yrs while I rented out my property with them and they are a great team, always keeping you up to date with what needed addressing and very professional. We have had Living Property as our rental estate agent for a few years now, and I have to say, they are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them; they're very accommodating and any issues are addressed quickly and punctually. Communication is clearly at the forefront of this estate agents mind, which is very refreshing to see. Paula, the director, carries out inspections herself and is very kind, compassionate and friendly towards us tenants and hardships that we have been facing. Cassie is also a friendly member of the team, whom I've had frequent communication with, and is always there to help. Living Property is the obvious choice when it comes to renting within the Beccles area and beyond; I would 100% recommend them to any potential renters!
Martin is the best estate agent we've ever come across. If we ever move house again we would definitely use Living Properties. We highly recommend this company. If you want an estate agent who is every bit the professional, by your side throughout the process, fights your corner if needed and keeps you informed, then choose Martin. We cannot recommend Martin highly enough. He acted for us on two property sales and is without a doubt the best estate agent we have worked with. Martin is professional and knows the market, and worked incredibly hard - we always felt that he was on our side and acting with our best interests at heart.
Kim and the team at Living Property have managed our rental property very professionally for the last 6 years with great care & attention. When we decided to sell the property late last year, Martin took over the sale & very quickly found a buyer & made the sale very seamless, keeping us informed every step of the way. I will choose my words carefully to explain what I've been through so people as myself with ADHD don't go through the same experience... its not an apology at all !! And I am not using adhd as an excuse for anything... I just take sometimes longer to sort things out and living on my own with no family to help I struggled finding someone to do my gutter.... I had been let down a few times but I kept you informed that I was trying to get it done ... I wasn't behind with rent ... my sister in Bath had a previous conversation with you about my struggles and to phone her to if I needed help... You then took it apon yourself to go to landlady to tell her and worry the poor lady ..and then sent me an email to say I would be served a eviction notice if I didn't get it done ... and because I have adhd !!! I had the worst time and flew off the handle at you in the office as that kind of thing really makes me anxious everything else I suffer with...why did you keep sending emails when you could have just rung my sister... she is a professor at Bath University and travel the world doing research and teaching and she said after talking to you that you are a difficult woman and never want to speak to you again !! ..And that must tell you something! ... she said you were pushing all my anxiety buttons and I went through a horrible time .. Why has this star rating have 1-5 stars if you are not allowed your own opinion on your experience.
