I would definitely recommend Howards. I have recently exchanged on my property and the team at Beccles provided an excellent service. Cara’s enthusiasm and friendly manner meant that I could confidently leave her to conduct a viewing day, which resulted in several offers and a sale in around two weeks. The marketing strategies used are professional and the property was valued accurately. I have no doubt that Cara’s friendly approach helped greatly and that her obvious enthusiasm for the property was communicated to those viewing. Any follow up viewings were carried out by Amber, who was very supportive. We had a long time between the offer being accepted and exchange.During this period, Amy , the sales progressor, kept me updated and helped to chase up the chain throughout . Overall a very professional and friendly service.
Sure, I'll review your service. I liaised with the warm and friendly Nadia Godbold at Beccles branch to ascertain what my buying options would be in a few months time when I'm in a position to set up a mortgage. Nadia was very positive and resourceful, and referred me to Bonnie, a financial advisor. I was able to discuss at length my options with an expert in the field, and this gave me a clear perspective on how I could reach my aims in buying a property. It's difficult to pick a good agent but we ended up using Howards to sell a family property through Howards. Nadia kept me informed of all developments and helped us overcome a couple of hurdles along the way. Would definitely use them again.

He is professional, efficient, personable, a good communicator and willing and able to accommodate our work schedules for visiting our property and completing required paperwork. As a first-time buyer I had no idea of the process and Tyron was really helpful and attentive every step of the way. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Family home sold through Howards quickly and efficiently. The whole process was made stress free by Nadia who stood out with her patience, understanding and great service.
I called Howard’s Beccles today to enquire about a property, Nadia was very helpful and was able to answer every question that I had including details about the location and condition, she also helped advise me on the best way to put an offer in should I wish to. Great service!
I am absolutely disgusted, I phoned to arrange a viewing on a house, they asked if I had a mortgage sorted and what deposit I would be putting down on the house. I told her who my mortgage was with and how much deposit I was putting down. I was then told that the vender had stipulated that I would have to speak to Howard’s mortgage advisor before I could view the property. I felt I was being blackmailed into using their services, despite already having a large deposit and mortgage sorted. A potential sale lost there because of their greed.
Had the pleasure of speaking to Cara on the phone last week regarding some potential properties, she was very helpful as I'm a first time buyer so I didn't have a clue what I was looking at. 12/10 service!!
