Myself and my partner recently purchased our first home, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had the incredible team Durrants in Beccles helping us, especially Koryn. From start to finish, everyone’s service was nothing short of outstanding. From our very first contact, it was clear that Koryn especially, as well as Lisa and Caroline truly cared about our needs and were genuinely invested in making our purchase as easy and painless as possible. Their empathy and understanding made us feel heard and supported throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain every detail, answered all our questions with patience, and were always available whenever we needed them. Koryn was so helpful throughout the whole purchasing process. I was kept up to date regularly throughout the process and couldn’t ask for a quicker response to email enquires. The Beccles team were amazing at solving any issues I had and kept the house purchase on track and completing on the house within 3 months.
Both Koryn and Nick from the Beccles office went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my new home. With their proactive professional attitude I would definitely use this branch if I were to ever sell.

I can’t say nothing other than good about these Agents . I purchased my bungalow through them and they assisted me every step of the way . Always thorough , helpful and most of all professional. James Frost was my main agent here and he came and helped out on several viewing attendances as I needed many measurements etc taken and tradesman in to advise and do quotes which saved me a lot on not having to instruct an expensive surveyor . Thank you James you were an absolute star and associates John and Lisa were most helpful in James’s absence. Well done all you are a great team and I would not hesitate recommending you and your high standard friendly services to anyone
I have recently sold my property with Durrants in Beccles. John and Jade have been a pleasure to deal with and helped us achieve a very quick sale at an amazing price. I'm glad I didn't listen to the other estate agents advice about marketing at a much lower amount. I have bought and sold through Durrants and have been pleased both times. I wouldn't hesitate at recommending them. They aren't pushy either which would have put me off.
These estate agents dealt with the sale of my mother's house today on an online auction. They did stupendously and achieved an excellent price for what superficially looked like a shell completely run down and in a poor state of repair. My mother's home in Dunwich has a huge amount of potential and I am incredibly proud that it was recognised. Well done Durant's in Southwold!!
Recently bought and sold through Durrents and received a first class service. They really work for their clients and and are responsive, if I ever could not get through, somebody would always get back to me and they would chase transaction stakeholders when ever I requested them to.
I agree totally a waste of time. Valued my property on behalf of a client totally under valued it. The lady that came out had a plum in her mouth and a broom handle up her ar.. I have been in business for 17 years and never dealt with such Muppets. AVOID.
