Brilliant service !The delivery guys were very polite and helpful. Arrived on time also helped to cover my old headboard. I would highly recommend this company. Customer service is brilliant. My bed looks fab and the quality is very nice. I ordered the Arthur Short. Very pleased with the overall service cannot fault this company at all.

Recently become a big fan of these guys. I ordered the Arthur bed in Ocean grey and I'm really impressed. The quality and finish is high level and the service I got throughout was fantastic, particularly for an online brand which can often be a downfall for many of its competitors who sell online goods. The bed was delivered, assembled and packaging taken away by the 2 guys who delivered it. Overall, the experience so far with Living It Up has been spot on and am now seriously looking at what else they have which suits my style. Recommend to anyone who is looking for high quality and well designed furniture

Great all round service – very pleased with bed, delivery and the people who sorted the order out. Don’t usually order online but whole process was very easy. Very happy with the whole thing.

I have purchased 2 beds from Living it Up, and intended to purchase more beds, however due to my recent experience I will not be. My first bed purchase over a year ago went smoothly, the beds are not cheap so you expect the service to be great, which it was the first time around. The delivery guys made up my bed and took all the rubbish away. They were polite and no issues whatsoever. This time around, well lets just say both the bed and service was less than satisfactory. If I could give zero stars I would. Before purchasing the bed I rang Living it Up and asked if I would receive the same service of putting the bed together as I did last time being as I was in Scotland now, they assured me I would get the same great service of putting the bed together as it was standard for them to do so. 3 weeks after purchasing the bed I called to check when I could expect delivery, when I gave them my post code they advised that if I checked on their website (I think it was the T's and C's although I can't find it now) it would tell me that Scotland would take longer before the bed could be delivered to me. The delivery took a considerable amount of time because I am in Scotland now, even though they had received my bed in 3 weeks, I got it in 6/7 weeks because they had to wait to get enough orders from Scotland to justify the delivery to them. When the bed arrived it had all the bolts missing to put the bed together, when the delivery guys advised they couldn't put the bed together due to the missing parts I call living it up. The customer service rep (Kupreet), apologized and said she'd have the parts couriered and with me the following day. I asked if she would be sending the men to put he bed together at the same time, she advises that it would be TOO EXPENSIVE for the company to do that, the best she could do was give me a £50 refund on the delivery! So at this point it is no longer about making sure they have a RETURNING satisfied customer, it is about the costs to their company despite being the ones who have messed up the order. I asked to speak to a manager (Arvinder or Arminder) who was even more rude, and advised me that the bed "was not that difficult and I didn't need a professional to help me put it together" I asked her if she knows the size of the bed I purchased (the Authur Tall Bed) at which point she said " I could just ask friends to help me". Not only did she presume to know my situation, telling me I should ask friends (I have just moved to Glasgow), she was not helpful at all, she was even more rude, when I said that I would like to return the bed she advised if I want to return it, then I should tell her as the drivers had just left and it would not cost the company anymore! Yet again it's about the cost to the company, nothing else. She then put me on hold and came back and advised that the best she can do was give me a refund on my guardsman protection (£60) as well. So a total of £110 pound refund for a bed that costs £1200 and a service that was priceless to me. The missing bolts came through the following day, I hired someone to put the bed together and low and behold I have 8 bolts still missing and now if I want to get him out again it will cost me more money as he is coming to do one job and is charging by the hour. SO, in all this the main reason I bought from living it up was for that service and I have not got that, 4 days after receiving the bed it's still not put together and I have a whole lot of stress to go with it. NEVER AGAIN! Not if this is the way they do business. I am currently waiting on a response to advising them to come and collect their bed, in the interim raising a dispute with my bank.
