Love Dunelm, they sell everything for a home - any room including garden, lots of choices of colours, styles, patterns for everyone’s taste. Especially they beddings, curtains, and kitchen stuffs. There is a cafe in store but iv never tried it myself. Prices range is flexible, can get something on budget with great quality most tone, offers are always on. This particular store offers free parking, including disabled parking spaces, believe it’s 4 hours, many cafes, restaurants, Asda & Costco, and other clothes and home stores nearby. The only issue is location, it can be really busy to get in or out of the shopping areas at weekends, but the store is wonderful.
Amazing, so close to us and didn't even know we had one in Leicester. if you are likely get home stuff from John lewis or next or even M&S, then this is a place ideally for you. Quality above all else and the variety is quite good
A very crowded shop. Many items almost hidden from view and hard to find. Most frustratingly of all was a chronic lack of clear pricing. I found 5 items I would have bought but for lack of prices. I did make two successful purchases, which is the only reason I gave two stars and not one
Always a great experience shopping at Dunelm. Lovely household items with amole stock. The staff are very friendly & helpful. We always use the café to for lovely refreshments. Many thanks to all. Rated 10/10 & highly recommended!
Went after Christmas for sale items but did not buy, returned in February and the items went really cheap and sizes available. Average size shop, parking outside nightmare at the weekends, better to go around 6pm weekends or week days.
Great place to come if you have an hour to get rid of, the wife thinks it's fantastic................ the coffee and cake is good here.
Curtains- they got the measurements wrong! So no curtains for 6 weeks and still waiting to be fitted with correct curtain. They arranged another date but cancelled that at last minute and I am having to chase up. Still waiting and it is so difficult to get through to anybody. Poor service so far.....
Edited comment: still hold with the comments below, however credit where credit is due, used their 'click n collect' today and the process was first rate, easy on website, they messaged back after 30 mins to say order was ready, walked into branch, chap on the door radioed our order number through, we walked to the collection point adjacent to the till area, so no queuing gave the order number again and the assistant fetched our order complete with printed label Like a lot of companies that have expanded from their original business, most things are ok some aren't, good variety of household goods, shop looks a little dated, very expensive although very good sale prices. Real downside was the cafe, very dated and possibly the worst latte I've tasted in a long time, my partner thought the same about her flat white which did resemble dirty dish water, she asked for a drop of milk and was rather curtly told it was her own fault for asking for a extra shot of coffee as that meant no room for milk !!, do not have this problem with professionally trained staff in a proper coffee shop, Slightly larger cup possibly
Once I'd park shopping here is great with good choice of items ,decorating department good choice of wallpaper and paint if not in stock ,they can be ordered at checkout possible for click and collect or home delivery,the pait swaTches are on sticky paper so you can stick on your wall to get a idea of colour of paint
Great place for decorating stuff ,wallpaper and paint both wich are good quality at fantastic prices definitely shall look again before our next room needs decorating.
