Ultimately the best burger place in Leicester; beats all the smashed Pattie burger places. burgers are thick and plentiful well worth the price and better value than the national chains or other independents I guarantee to you that this is the go to place if you want a really good thick burger.
The service here is abysmal, so horrible. The chef was extremely rude and impolite. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. Especially when there are so many other places close by that have better food and especially some decent service. Don't waste your money.Food: 1/5
i am a regular customer with this establishment. i order almost once a week. Today! my order was delivered and i was not happy - i called the restaurant in hope of a resolution and i can say absolutely no recognition of my unsatisfactory statements were recognised . not one apology or understanding comment was made . i had to push for the staff member to pass my details to manager whom he said will not be available until after 11:30 pm i am now sitting here with food that i will not eat i am so disappointed with this restaurant as it is a favourite of ours but how they dealt with one situation aside all the orders iv made i have receipt’s - over the 80 mark i am shocked . i hope the manager contacts me back with a resolution in a professional manner as the gentleman on the phone was everything but that . when i order on just eat rather than the restaurant the quality is at a higher standard im not sure if they are worried about the possibility of refunds however this is an unacceptable way to provide services for customers UPDATE: It is the next day and i have revieved no call from manager
Called them for an order put me on hold without even saying hello for 15 minutes. Not once not twice, thrice. I understand you can be busy but at-least say hello to the customer and ask them to hold the line, basic customer service. The guy on the phone is anyway very rude and unprofessional. I called on Sunday midnight 05/02/2022. Very disappointing.

Always messes the orders up, check your order before you leave the place or else you’ll get a nasty shock when you get home. Very rude customer service, will cut you off while you explain. Idiots can’t tell the difference between Chicken breast strips & wings. Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options, Kid-friendliness: Filled with city Center clubbers, drunks. Parking: No parking at all, city Center parking fines apply. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs stay away you won’t get in. Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions you’ll get the wrong food you will be restricted as you will get someone else’s order.
If you guys don’t understand what customer ordering ask them again. You shouldn’t make whatever your mind say. Two days you guys made wrong food for me! I ordered full peri peri chicken platter extra hot and only chicken strips wanted lemon & herb but you given whole chicken lemon and herb. Couldn’t even eat properly!! I know u guys busy but if you’re too busy you should’ve taking less order. At least let your customers eat and enjoy the food…. Really disappointed.
They forgot my order! An hour and a half for the food to come! Ridiculous the guy on the phone was extremely rude cut the phone when I tried telling him this is ridiculous was rude and arrogant and will be taking this futher!!! Food was cold as anything never ordering from here again. I do believe I spoke to the owner as he took over the phone and shouted nice job mate your defo going to get more customers in by talking like that. Very rude sort your attitude out!
awful place, constantly missing items from your orders, refuse to refund money and missed deliveries constantly. stay away from this place. latest update!, there has been no refund from a missed delivery even though I spoke with the manager last week. just checked my statement and guess what? they have charged me for it. Stay away from the delivery service, one good service out of 5 attempts does not make this place good, regarless of the reviews you read on here!
Food did not come. When I called the restaurant, the man answering the phone was very rude and stated that they had tried to call me to deliver my food. I told the man that this was not the case and I was waiting for my food, even saying to him that I could screenshot my call log and send it if needed. This man then proceeded to say to me that I am not understanding what he is saying and that he is trying to explain that my number was wrong when I reiterated to him that this was not the case he continued to be rude and say that I was not understanding him. He then offered to get the driver to deliver my food back out to me as it was waiting on the side I told him that I would not like this as I have been waiting an hour and a half of my food and this food would be cold.
