Good all round service very courteous and helpful, nothing was a problem for the staff - have bought several domestic items over the years and everything has worked fine - I am happy giving them a recommendation.

Thank you Ben. Our freezer broke down on a Sunday evening. Visited the shop looking for a new one on bank holiday Monday. After choosing one, we paid and waited to see when we could expect delivery. Ben said “ how about half an hour”. We were delighted fantastic service. Shopping locally really can be good.

Sometimes overlooked in favour of the big retailers; but as a local business they deserve massive recognition! My latest drama was the need for a new oven. After some research to find something that’ll fit the aperture not that simple we narrowed it to a particular model. We checked John Lewis, AO etc all with long lead times, then as a wild card checked Living Homes. It being a weekend during lockdown meant nothing happening anywhere, but a phone call on the Monday offered a delivery on Thursday with an offer of taking the in store item that day! Sold! 5 mins later it’s in the car and installed and working 30 mins later! I doubt we would have got that offer of help anywhere else and the price was no different to all the major retailers! Recommend checking them out first! Super happy

Excellent service as the staff have a wealth of knowledge. It always pays to shop on the high street if you can as you can try electronical products before you purchase.

Love living homes, visited just before lockdown and was fortunate to buy a small freezer for my mum not quite knowing what was on the horizon, staff very helpful as always, hope they are able to reopen soon as they are a great asset to street

Very helpful staff in this store, they don't rush you and talk you through everything about the machine your looking at.

I'll give it 5 stars because it's probably great but actually we went to the furniture centre next door to buy a couple of sofas. That's as close as we got to the electrical dept
