Tesco Direct Click and Collect

Convenient due to location and good parking. Some staff good, some OK, yet a significant number on the shop floor seem to act as customers are either an inconvenience or not there. There is regularly a significant amount of loose packaging in the aisles, which is a tripping hazard. Why bring out one cage when replenishing shelves when you can bring them all out!

The aisle seem to be particularly narrow in this branch of Tesco making it feel quite claustrophobic. Very limited on range on some products as well. They didn't stock the coffee I like Kenco decaf paracetamol were out of stock. Good to see they still have proper checkout with a very pleasant young lady on the till

Had most items I required, but not all. I wanted a specific type of cheese that was not available here. Easy to park and no queue at che kout.

This is not a superstore! Tesco themselves call it a metro, and as such have little to no choice, no value ranges and inflated prices. For example; Tesco in Glastonbury stock own brand weetabix for 74p. The cheapest weetabix in Langport is £2.97. Langport customers are paying up to 400% MORE for the pleasure of using this shop.

Probably the worst supermarket I've shopped in everytime you go in something else has been discontinued even finest chickens the management is never there shelves are always untidy and empty and nobody waters the plants outside shocking ..!!

The store manager couldn’t have been more rude and unhelpful if she tried and the lady behind the cigarette counter was mass incompetence. Jack yourselves up!

The worst Tesco's that I have had the misfortune to use, staff in genral are just rude, limited stock choices. Cant wait for another store to open in the village of Langport.

This has to be the worst Tesco I have ever been in staff not the best , couldn’t get into the store without knocking into people due to the entry/exit doorway having stock piled there , aisles not wide enough very disappointing no way a superstore

Went here today about 1345 and it was great to see the lady behind the cigarette counter help another elderly lady which had bought a new phone from there, take the time and effort to help her load the credit on the new phone and make sure everything was ok, yes it took time, but it didn't matter, it was great to see. The elderly customer was so grateful, just like to say well done to the young lady behind the cigarette counter excellent customer service Tesco's should be proud of you
