Being a tourist in town and unfamiliar with the self help kiosk, the customer service assistant was class ! She helped me tremendously but I am so sorry I forgotten to take note of her name

When you want the world to stand still get into the Post Office queue

PROS:
- you can buy lots of stationary and books as well (as part of WHSmith),
- self-service area (thank god!),
- clean.

CONS:
- hidden inside a WHSmith (on the first floor, you can easily miss it),
- staff pretty ignorant,
- long queues (if you can use the machine instead of waiting in line, do it).
