I do not generally write reviews but I feel that I have to give credit when credit is due. I have the privilege of owning my own business and I choose to use Knowsley Post office on a daily basis, because the lady behind the counter, Lisa, is extremely professional and always willing to help. My only criticism is that there are not more staff like her. I and other members of the public value our time, and this particular post office is always very busy. However, the lady manages to continue on with a smile. Excellent customer service from Lisa in Knowsley Post Office! Thank you for all your help.

I visit Knowsley road post office on a daily basis Lisa is so helpful and always very cheerful I wouldn’t go to any other post office I really value the service she gives to our company i is a credit to your company

Has something happened? I tried to collect a parcel about 20 muinets ago and it's all closed up ? I can only get there at the weekend and when I go i can't get it anyway....
